Coastal installs enhanced service dispatch system from Automated Dispatch Systems (ADS). ADS is the demonstrated leader in field service automation supporting over 15,000 technicians every day. Our service techs automatically receive complete call information and continual dispatching data throughout the day. Calls are closed quicker and more timely data is presented throughout the day. Customers will receive better response time as technicians have the info and tools to take care of their customers. This system provides the customer with 24 x 7 access to logging a service call and leaving vital meter readings for billing purposes. Barry James, Service Manager, states "our techs have access to the power of our OMD system that they never had before. They can listen to what the tech did on the prior service call and be better prepared to meet the challenges of this next call."
