How are toner and other supplies shipped?
Except for certain very heavy items, we generally ship UPS ground.  So, as soon as you put in your last toner or other product, contact us to ship you more.

How soon will my supplies get delivered?
In the Fort Walton/Crestview/Destin area, delivery occurs the next day.  In all other areas in the Florida panhandle, it takes 2 days.  In Alabama, it may take 3 days.

If I run out of supplies, can your technician drop it off?
Our techs have made service time commitments for the next day and are not available for this service.  Our customer supply rep can assist you in making arrangements with a courier service or you may be able to pick up items in one of our offices.

I ordered a couple of days ago & my supplies haven’t arrived.  What do I do?
Call your customer supply rep.  She can send you the UPS tracking number which you can easily track.  Of course, as soon as you do, the UPS guy will appear!

How important is it to respond to Coastal’s meter reading requests?
It is critically important to the timely and accurate billing of your equipment maintenance.  If we don’t have meter reads on the appointed day, we will have to use service meter reads or make other estimates.  Any billings performed on the basis of estimates will be deemed true and correct. 

I have received a meter request fax.  What do I do?
You can enter the meters online or by phone or by faxing them back into us.

What is this new fuel and other surcharge on my maintenance invoice?
We have recently analyzed the costs we pay to provide you with supplies and service.  Like your other bills, we too are hit daily with line item charges for fuel adjustments and other cost increases.  We took a look at how we bill and determined that the fairest and simplest way to pass these costs along was with a % charge added to your existing invoice.  It will range from $2.00 to $10.00 max.
